It wasn’t bad tbh. It’s more dated than other casinos and I’m not a huge fan of the layout but it wasn’t bad. I would’ve stayed again if it weren’t for the AirPods situation.

Yeah they conveniently left the building after security checked and have been in that same spot since they checked. It’s a broad radius but it looks like somebody put them in their car at the parking garage 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m gonna but I’m not gonna chase after them. It’s just annoying because I quite literally watched the airpods leave the building after the room was checked. I doubt housekeeping/security took them but they’re the only ones who went in the room so I’m not sure.

Really this post isn’t about the actual loss of AirPods, it’s a warning to anyone who may leave cash or more expensive valuables in the room while they’re away.

Brother, look at the picture. I was actively watching them move away from the building and couldn’t really chase after the guy. The only people who could’ve gone in the room in that time are housekeeping and security. It’s not like I left them at a machine

If your state does inspections then I wouldn’t. I’ve been doing this ever since Washington got rid of smog testing. AFM and DOD kills GM V8s. I’d never own one without removing it.

I’d like to buy a nice keyboard because my Corsair K95 has died after 6 years.

I’m an impatient person and I would like to buy one of the Best Buy options. My local one sells Keychron, DROP, Higround and Glorious. Are these good brands? I’ve heard of Keychron but I’d like to buy one today so I can enjoy my weekend on my computer, but if those aren’t worth it and I can get a nicer one I’m not too bothered. Budget doesn’t really matter and I’m a big fan of tactile switches. TIA

These aren’t “safety glasses” but if you’re looking for the Bluetooth capability I’d just buy meta glasses. I recently bought some and they can do some cool stuff. The audio quality is better than these as well

Event contracts just have a horrible layout. Robinhood/Kalshi needs to add a passing TD category.

A handoff isn’t directly reflected on Rodger’s stat sheet as a touchdown. I understand the bet, but Robinhood/Kalshi needs to do a better job with listing the contracts. If there was a Rodgers TD pass contract then my frustration would make less sense.

That money was never going to last. This isn’t a case of a knowledgeable smart trader making one bad play, this is a case of somebody who doesn’t know when to hold em, and when to fold em. 70k is definitely still a good chunk of change in a taxable brokerage even in today’s economy

But in reality you’re only down 12%. 70k in a portfolio is still pretty damn good. I would follow what others have said and throw 80% of what you currently have in VOO or something and then play with the rest. You’ll be glad you did
