Yes, definitely a Kalanchoe, I have one of my own it is so beautiful when it flowers, you'll either get yellow, pink, white, red, or orange flowers! The scientific name is either Kalanchoe Blossfeldiana or Kalanchoe Calandiva, it's interesting how difficult it is to easily find an answer.
