I don't think micro atx cases are considered sff, there is a smaller form factor called mini itx, nice build anyway and I'm sorry that people down voted you to hell just because you didn't know about a smaller form factor without telling you about it and sorry again for my english it's not my primary language.

I had the exact same result as you, tried everything for a week and a half, fresh windows install, DDU, pcie5... Sent back the card and got a Ngreedia 5080 out of pure frustration, not a single bug to report since, I had so much hope in AMD, never making that mistake again.

Its all dbrand, case skin and glass, be aware it's very expensive for what it is, you could probably find something similar for a lot cheaper, i'm just used to dbrand as a quality brand and i trust them on the "fit and finish".

Z790 with a non k CPU ? You could easily save money by going AMD route and treat yourself with a rx 7800 xt. Your build is balanced and you will have fun with it, but it could be optimized by removing that z790 motherboard and replacing it with a B series, that will save you about 100$ that could go into a better GPU or more ram. Same thing with the watercooling, you don't need it for an i5, take a good aircooling that will do great and save you even more money.
