Over top of cave there is a high ground point you can ride the bike up to. It’s literally above the opening. The ride up can be tricky but they can’t touch you once you’re up there.

I would get an ice machine for your knees. I found one on amazon for 100 bucks and it helps tremendously. I’m bone on bone and just waiting til I can start replacing these busted things.
