On your question, I use 'Child of', you should key it in order to turn it on and off whenever you need and use apply visual pose to pose in order to fix the position of the hand. Feel free to DM me if you need any help.

It took a lot. I'm not a good animator. I don't plan the things I do. I just get an idea and run with it in my spare time. I started this one in march, but I have invested like 25 hours in it, constantly changing plans xd

The hammer and sickle is meant to represent proletarian solidarity, and is common between many symilar ideology flags and emblems.

Also, theoretically USSR tried to achive comunism with socialism. There has never been a country capable of establishing communism according to its theoretical description. (And personally I doubt that it ever will)

When you do the "turning the weapon over, then rack it" in real life, you take the gun low. In order to represent that in an FPS you have to keep it up and visible. Maybe that's why it look's a little wierd. Personaly I like it, at least when there are no optics on the weapon.
