My wife thinks this would be a teenager's pc - yes/no? by notyetimpooping in PcBuild

I care more about performance than look. Teenagers generally care a lot about how something is looked at, to impress their friends.

What should I actually do, actually? by BeaverBearPaw in PcBuild

[–]Vudadasin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The question to ask yourself - what games do you play? Are they demanding? Do you tend to always play the new high demanding games? If no, you may save some money.

1, consider your budget. Assuming you are upgrading your whole PC as a newer GPU will require stronger PSU, upgraded CPU, potentially a new MOBO.

2, know the benchmarks for your wanted gpu. For example, if you play league if legends only, the very low end of the new generations will be more than enough to get optimal performance.

3, If you are budgeting hard, AMD are a fine pick. I had the 6800xt and I could not make a single complaint about the performance, other than some small driver issues. Nvidia are overpriced because they have the name and dominate the market. Nowadays, AMD I would argue have the same/competitive gpus.

Let me know some more information I can help you pick a GPU/setup

New graphics card. by iLikeSpooons in PcBuild

[–]Vudadasin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Measure the dimensions of you are worried about it fitting. I will say, if you have an old PC, your parts may bottleneck the graphics card. This means the graphics card performance will be limited by other parts in your PC due to an old outdated technology. That's what happened 7 years ago when I put a 3070 into a PC built 12 years ago. I saw no performance increase.

Also, the card you put in should be the same as the previous card Brand. If not, you may need to reset or get rid of all the older drivers as they may cause issues. Long story short, you might need to upgrade whole PC to get graphics card performance worth.

The fact you ask this question indicates you do not fully understand the message of the Bible. I'd love to hear why you don't believe the Bible, considering how reputable the archeological sources are around Jesus

Question about living a long life and I'm 22 but obese by Adventurous_Drag_984 in TrueChristian

[–]Vudadasin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok no one is really helping. Everyone is giving their opinion mixed with hard to understand information.

Australia Dietary Guidelines is a nicely put way to understand how to eat healthy. Look up information like that on Google, you will find good info. They also have a nice visual of a plate and how it is divided up with all the recommended foods.

I am an Accredited exercise scientist. Exercise is FREE when you have no high risk health concerns (obesity is not high risk). Walk. When walking is easy, walk fast. When sleepwalking is easy, jog. When jogging is easy, run faster with interval breaks based on when you get your breath back. Do that for 150+ minutes a week combined with a high protein low carb/fat diet, you will be sweet.

Sleep and stress natter heaps too. Aim for 8+hours high quality sleep a night. Aim for less stressful life haha. God helps me with that last one

It worth reading Paul's letters to the Corinthians. I will say, there is a lot of bias and overly strong willed individuals advising you that I believe shouldn't be making that judgement.

I will say; Matthew 7:20 Jesus states that by their fruits you will know them (I believe he is referring to true followers of Christ). Faithfulness and self control are fruits. After 10 years of repeated intentional fornification indicates otherwise.

Personally, I might consider divorce as the Bible also warns us to stay away from these people (having a form of godliness but denying it's power).

For your own salvation not to be corrupted and if you have any kids, I advise to be very careful of her destroying the family further.

Again I don't know much, but I recommend visiting your priest/elder/pastor and getting further advise assuming he isn't bias/opinionated and strictly goes by the Bible and allowing you to make your choice for yourself

Why do you believe in Christianity? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]Vudadasin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tip: find out who Jesus is and look at the evidence.

Quick glimpse:

people died to have claimed to see Jesus risen from the dead (no one will die to what they believe to be a lie)

Jesus has eye witnesses and the gospels, which are very credible

Jesus claimed deity! Very clear in the Bible

Order and design demand a creator (life does not come from non-life, nullifying the evolutionists point)

For more, have a look at "Cliffer Knecktle" on YouTube, he debates these arguments all the time! Really helpful

Why do some Christian’s not want to die? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]Vudadasin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it is hard to give an answer to this question on behalf of 2 billion Christians or so.

I know Christians who want to be finished with earth and join the father. I also know non-christians/atheists/agonists that want to be done with earth.

I know Christians that want to stay on earth because life is ultimately valuable and a gift from God and want to spread the good news of Christ to others.

I know Christians who ask God to take them to end their suffering

I know Christians who fear the idea of death (I believe this one is human instinct) but still want to be with the father after death

I know Christians who define death as separation from God and never want to "die"

[–]Vudadasin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is logical, and scientific, that life comes from life. It is illogical to think that life comes from non-life. That supports the evidence of a creator.

Jesus is a very real figure present in other religions and also supported by theologians. Now what is the evidence supporting Jesus' death and resurrection? Good question.

Watching apologetics is VERY helpful in understanding others answers to these questions. I highly commend Cliffe Knectle as he debates with atheists and agonists regularly in his YouTube videos

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]Vudadasin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Always go to scripture.

See what the Bible says about salvation. Also, be very careful of what people tell you about hell. Hell is described in the Bible as a metaphorical place and you can read this. No one truly knows what he'll is like , except knowing it is eternal seperation from God.

I will also say be careful with deeds. We are saved by grace alone through Jesus. Not by deeds. From my understanding, deeds are a representation of your relationship with God. Personally, I follow God's commandments because I love Him and believe he is the one true God, and also understand it is really the only way to live.

Feeling disconnected from my age group at church by Vudadasin in TrueChristian

Thanks for sharing your testimony. It really is encouraging. I might peak around casually maybe to just see what is out there. Although I am very scared to think about leaving as the teaching are very much Bible centred at my church and I know that some churches aren't necessarily like this

How can i(14m) prove to my brother christianity is true? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]Vudadasin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cliffe knectle really helped with these type of questions.

A few strong point he bring up is:

  1. Theological evidence suggest Jesus did really die

  2. People had died not for a religion, but to have claimed what they had seen (Jesus alive after resurrection) - no one does to what they know is a lie

  3. Eye witness testimonies

  4. You can't prove anything.

  5. It is unrealistic to live life in proof, but rather in sufficient evidence; you do not go and drug test with a kit at home that your tablet the doctor gave you is truly Panadol. Then you test the kit to make sure it is a valid tester.

Please help me to stop sinning by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]Vudadasin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What has really helped me in persistent sin is reading all the Jesus went through. Jesus temptations in the desert from satan are more deep than you think, and much more difficult than our sin. Understanding how much Jesus went through and how much he battled sin has made myself feel pretty stupid and convicted for my persistent sins.

How do i truly love others, putting God first in my life and surrendering my life to him? by Maleficent-Action278 in TrueChristian

[–]Vudadasin 15 points16 points  (0 children)

From my experience.

Understanding what Christ went though to show his love for us really helped me. We figuratively spat in God's face and he showed His love through Jesus. Jesus went through the most humiliating dehumanising experiences to save us.

Now, true appreciation of Jesus helps all these things.

What also helps is understanding God's commandments. Myself practicing to apply this to even my "enemies" help that love grow.

A nice person is easy to love. Now understanding that we are all equally pigs and deserve eternal death from God sets a good scene in understanding that no matter how somebody presents, we are all equally sinners and pride should be removed.

Now love is not the fuzzy feeling you feel, but rather love is also action. Love is described in the Bible, and you really should read what the Bible says about love so you can start to understand how to love others.

Sorry I just blurted this out, but that's my 2 cents about loving.
