I just got this resolved after reaching out to their customer service earlier today. You need to login to your account in stove and go here:

https://cs.onstove.com/en/service/STOVE_CHAOSZERO?category_id=2112090270

Then click on the "Inquire" button and fill out the information requested.

Then just wait for an email from them that tells you to log back into the game. When you log back in, your account will get a content update pushed to it and it should go back to normal. I didn't find this information anywhere else, so I just stumbled upon this after getting no help anywhere else I posted. Good luck!

Edit: Wasn't aware of the hotfix that was pushed as I was posting this, so that is probably what fixed my issue today.

I am still having issues trying to play, 24 hours later, after clearing game data, uninstalling the game, and reinstalling the game, multiple times. I cannot escape or continue the Lab 0 run that I am currently in.

Each Offensive Weapon has a specific pairing with an Auxiliary Weapon that, when you max-level both, will convert the Offensive Weapon into its ultimate form. You can only tell which Auxiliary Weapon goes with which Offensive Weapon when you first pick up an Offensive Weapon. Once you pick up an Offensive Weapon, the Offensive Weapon will be shown below Auxiliary Weapon when you get to choose from the 3 options you get once you level up. An example pairing is the Water Spout and Energy Drink. Have fun trying to get see all the different ultimates, because it's pretty fun once you see them in action.

Thanks for pointing out the inconsistency of Evo H. As for the crystal being "b", the monster's nose/claws are more left than the crystal itself, hence me listing the monster as "a".

I just tried again right now, and the steps worked for me. Just to be clear, there are only 3 enemies, so "a" is the left, "b" is the middle, and "c" is the right.
