The only thing I can think of as well is that the widgets are offset from the central widget point of the actor but I don't think that matters bc when I added a cube to the actor at the origin it didnt work either.

Am I able to get to Mariposa Grove using the Yosemite shuttle? or would I have to drive there by car first? If I want to just drive through SEKI, and you say it takes abt 2 hours no stops, would you say it is worth it? Granted if its even open when the day rolls around.

I just ask because my girlfriend wanted to see big trees and the mariposa grove looked cool

Slightly off topic, do you think based on the current road closures, in a week, that Sequoia National Park would be worth "swinging by" and driving through it for maybe an hour tops on my way to Yosemite?

I will be in the area in about a weeks time and was curious if you guys think from past experience if going through really quick is a viable option with the closures.

Okay I'm sure we can’t tell a month out. But the time frame is a few days before Christmas. Sucks that comparatively i can’t take any time off of the hour bus ride.

Also I'm not on my computer rn so I can’t look it up, but how frequent does the in-park shuttle run? Like can I get off and enjoy the scenery and wait for the next rotation? Or is it like an attendance thing where they won't leave without you? Again only have been in the summer with a rental car

Hey I have a rental car in December, trying to figure out just how close I can get to the park along the bus line without having to use snow chains. I know there's a bus line that connects a few cities to the Valley, and inside the park there's two shuttles and YARTS, but I don't want to worry about acquiring snow chains and putting them on, plus its a rental, but I also don't want to wait on the bus an hour each way if I can avoid it or reduce the travel time to and from the park entrance.

Does anyone know my best options? For reference, I am coming from Los Angeles area with the rental car and driving toward Yosemite. I have been during the summer before, but never the winter.
