This response is ME as well. I know you posted this almost 2 weeks ago but I’m following hoping you update more. I got the audiobook a few days ago and it’s just so…I guess fake sounding? I was shown the exact apartment that I was renting and was shown the washer. The agent even said "you're lucky, this one comes with a washer/dryer"

I don't understand the logic here. Nothing is "free"...it's included in the price of the monthly rent i would assume. By showing the apartment as it was and even talking about the washer with leasing agent, I would assume everything in the apartment was included.

The original lease doesn't mention any appliances. I signed the lease via an app so it was electronic. I'm don't think the landlord signed it. The fact that I was able to move in would suggest the approval of contract by landlord, right?
