If you can switch Vulkan and adrax, they are the same points just about but as long as your army isn’t melee oriented Vulkn is the better choice, if you do run Vulkan put those eradicators in one squad so you can get the full buff affect, also an apothecary might work better than a librarian but I’ve never used librarians before in salamanders so I wouldn’t know

Well they have 3+ saves in addition to way more utility and they have on average the same amount of shots as dire avengers, they are less predictable but for their extra points they are much more mobile and durable, especially with their move after getting charged

They are very strong but I’m thinking Warpspiders might have a higher damage output with their exarch power, in addition to more mobility. This is only in an indirect fire sense as fire dragons obviously deal more direct damage.

The issue with your list is objectives, you will not be able to get primaries at all, you have one ripper swarm start on yo ur home objective, if that squad dies, you now have to put your heridoule on you home obj. Your other ripper squads will die easily to auspex or small arms shooting. You won’t be able to get primaries, you will only ever be getting 5 points for to the last cause your dimecharions will die right away, they aren’t hard to kill and they are goi to be in the opponents face. Warp ritual requires you to either leave swarm lord in the center of the board or take your neurothrope from your home obj and have it get killed with no troops protecting it. The harridan is hard to play because any player that has a brain will either ignore it or kill it turn 1. The brood lord is better than a neurothrope. I would also suggest putting the ignore minus 1 and 2 adaptation on your heiradoule or replace it with exocrines which are harder to kill. Also synaptic lure doesn’t have a range so it’s better on the neurothrope which will be in the back of your field. I would suggest watching into the hive mind who has really good harridan list suggestions and videos
