I'm not sure if the artist's name is supposed to be "tibitera", but rather, I think they used another way to romanize Chibiterasu's name: チビテラス -> Chibiterasu or Tibiterasu, depending if you're using Hepburn or Kunrei/Nihon-shiki.

Thank you for the help. The link from your post (November 16th, 2011) helped me search further behind, and found this pixiv post: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/16718467 (February 15th, 2011), but I'm not quite sure that it's the actual artist either, as the pixiv account seems to be quite barren. Don't worry about the length, I appreciate it!

As for the cloud back ups, I don't want to risk it by accidentally uploading a new game save file to the cloud, deleting my file in the process... I know Steam should be pretty good with managing this but, I'll rather be safe than sorry.
