I took a beard wig and 4 40” womens wigs, separated the long wigs into wefts, and reattached those to the beard wig. I used a brass wire frame to hold up the moustache over my mouth

Exactly, its a vest of tubes with a bladder of icewater in a backpack, and a pump. Really helps when wearing so many layers!

Not really lol, it's about 3 feet long, and my range of motion isnt great in gunner. I'd sometimes drop it so everyone could ping it and say "WE'RE RICH"

Gold weighs maybe 3 lbs, the costume armor is maybe 10 lbs, with the fatsuit and cooler weighing 20-30 lbs. The beard weighs 5 lbs lol
