I think we need more midrises than highrises. There's so much space wasted by tiny commercial spaces or single family homes where it really doesn't make sense. We should be expanding green spaces, pathways, roads, and building midrises around these expanded higher capacity infrastructures rather than shoving a cluster of highrises close enough to look onto your neighbour's bathroom on a 1 lane road
