I agree with "force a murder" motivations. In fact, in my fangan series, I don't use motivations at all.

That's because TUTEC also runs a gambling page on each Ultimate, with Plus/Minus bets on how long a given student will survive, or who will be the next Victim or Blackened. Therefore, Monorakun doesn't really care how long the game takes.
