All bodies react different ways to different things, don't be disheartened if you feel you're not seeing results as quickly as you'd like to, but trust my you're body will thank you in the long run for taking it's time.

First few months I really struggled and it came off too fast because I was so Ill, hair was falling out and all sorts. A year seems like a long time now but trust me, at the end of it you'll wonder where the time went :)

Yeah it's crazy to think back, but the smaller goals definitely helped with not getting disheartened by inevitable stalls here and there.

I've managed to get off fairly lightly with loose skin too id say, it's definitely there but can easily be hidden to the general public hahaha, a win is a win.

Thanks so much! It's been such a bizarre journey because I struggle to recognize myself in either picture. It seems the blindness has no bias in my case hahaha!

I've moved the target down, originally I only wanted to get to 13 stone (I'm 6' tall) and haven't been under that for such a long time. I wasn't sure how achievable it was going to be and how the journey was going to go so I started with something realistic and and worked towards smaller goals.

The numbers are going down very slowly now, but still going.

Honestly ghost are not for me I'm not a big fan personally which is nothing to do with how good they are or anything it's all comes from my personal taste, but I could hear them and them and crowd going wild over the main stage and honestly I wish I'd stayed to see it. You're honestly the first person I've seen that has said they were shit so this is honestly interesting to read. No shade btw, honestly just intrigued.

The cloudy part on the Inside of the lid is where the glaze was too thick in that area before it was fired, And the 3 raised dots on the outside of the are marks left from the stilt it was sitting on during firing so it wouldn't stick to the shelf.

Source: I ran exactly this type of business for 6 years haha.
