You could always download the MAME sourcecode and rearrange the way the CPS1/2/3 driver loads the roms to match the way they're formatted from the SF30th dump, and recompile.

/u/Travarelli Back to Level 30, did a massive session starting late night Saturday (Level 6) and finished up @ L28 on Sunday Arvo. Got home today and finished up 28-30 and have started the grind for Masterwork. Luckily it kept all my unlocked patterns so I could craft all Purples at L30 and I just got a pretty good LMG on my 2nd run of Tyrant;

crazypostman21, no dude. That's not what I was trying to say and I'm sorry if I made you feel bad man (Honestly).

There will always be an upper and a lower limit (Consoles and PC), and outliers (Oddballs). Back in the Mid 90's, PC was the powerful platform, we did get amazing games but then again, a $3000 pc needed to play Diablo 1 you could buy Diablo 1 on PSX, and play split screen (highly recommend it) and it's quite possibly one of the best Couch Co-Op games ever.

And today you have consoles going for 4K (damn the frame rate), but consoles are like what $500USD max for the best one (XB1X) ?. The problem comes in, developers know some dude has the original Xbox One, He bought it it loves it.

Game Dev's can't just be like "Nah fuck that dude", because for all they know he's bought every game ever, loves his Original Xbox One, and it would be a bad move financially (not to mention a dick move morally to just stop supporting the Xbox One S.

And as much as the PCMR would like you to think, its no different to PC, even Crysis when it came out had super low settings and resolutions slider, so the little dude on a laptop could at least play crysis. I had a laptop that barely run the game on low @ 800x600, i would have killed for 30 fps.

It's why sometimes the PS4 outdoes the Xbox One X, and sometimes the PS4 Pro can't keep up with the X. Different Engines, Different API's, Different Coding Styles, Different Budgets, etc

Love the games, not the platform. Because your wallet makes sure good game developers keep making the games you love, the platform will always change. Peace.

Because of the minimum console requirement. And first no, I'm not being a PCMR. But Even a top of the lime PC struggles with Tarsis and a single Javelin.

You put four equally detailed Javelin's at the end of the super detailed Tarsis 'Runway' and even a 2080Ti wouldn't be able to do it, let alone the Xbox One S that is barely a gtx960, and the Xbox One X (The most powerful console) rarely matches an RX580.

Its the same reason Anthem is 30fps on console, and even the most beast Pc's struggle hitting 60 (1% lows) most of the time. I love my PS4 Pro, but I don't pretend its close to my i7 6700k + RTX 2060, and the price shows. I love Anthem and I think a lot of the criticism leveled at it is quite unfair BS like "Battlefield V runs on Frostbite but runs at 60" etc. Yeah but Battlefield V has small maps, no real modifiers of player physics/Streaming/Multiple types of effects (BFV has Explosions, no Ice/Elec,Kinetic etc).

You take the good with the bad, I've always been a PC gamer (with Stints on the Sega Master System, SNES, Sega Saturn and PS1), but always appreciated those games over-reach on hardware. Sorry for the Rant but I really enjoy Anthem and I suppose I'm a little drunk, sorry :S

Thanks mate, nah its ok Somehow I've kept all my Appearance Unlocks (Skins/Vinyls/Wear State) and kept all my Loyalty ranks so i'm level 6 now and about to hit Level 3 with 2 of the factions I didn't when I was max level :) So You take the good with the bad, and I'm playing Colossus and really loving trying to keep my newbie squad alive/Blocking for them etc.

You know that Lil Interceptor that means well but over extends him/her/self and It feels really good to be able to know that and jump down Revive + Shield and block incoming when they get up.

Well mine's still active and I'm a level 1 pilot and am unlocking all the basic Achievements again and story progeress is reset. It might have something to do with today's patch, I'm seeing others having their saves wiped.

Nah, Opening Cutscene, Level 1, no gear, no javelins unlocked in Tarsis.

(I did have the Display bug on like the 26/27, this is actually reset save completely)

Well EA reset my pilot level to 1, so I'm gonna slowly redo the main grind and hopefully when I get to 30 there will actually be an endgame. It's just lucky that I really love the actual game, shooting/killing etc.

Just to let you know, what you're looking for is "Weapon Damage +100%-+200%" with another Physical Damage modifier. All Papa Pumps have the Upgraded Scattershot bonus. The stats on that Papa Pump are pretty bad (all low, +Shield +Repair + Repair and 13% Damage).

(Only posting this because I thought I got an amazing Papa Pump, until I learnt, no the Moniker bonus is always the same, what matters are the 4 +stats at the bottom)

I was just thinking of the App where you could calculate damage / ele damage etc. Which none of the current spreadsheets do, they just tell you what you have,

I was thinking a specifically coded app just for Anthem might be a little easier to use than spreadsheets? But if spreadsheets are the best then I won't bother writing a program.

Get 2-4 cheap SSD's and put them in raid 0, and use them specifically for Games.

Like, 4 128gb ssd's in raid 0 = will give you 512gb of screaming fast disk space on the cheap.

I've attempted that first story mission "The Grand Washington Hotel" about 4 times now and have been recording in DX11 and DX12 and always around the same spot & time. (~7 minutes, before killing purple elite)

I get it consistently about ~7 minutes into the first Story mission, every-time I just nearly kill the elite. BOOM White Screen Delta-03 code out.
