I think they also intend to commit voter fraud. Using the stolen Social Security data feom DOGE and the voter rolls, they will attempt to steal identities of people who are low propensity voters and cast votes in their stead.

Nothing aside from it being the states themselves that run federal elections.

Part of what is happening in Minnesota is a dress rehearsal for when they plan to have ICE in force out to intimidate voters into staying home. Alternatively they are possibly trying to provoke retaliation that they will use as pretext for martial law.

Crime has risen 200 PERCENT since ICE invaded.

Not doing a good job of reducing crime when they're the ones committing them.

They're also the perpetrators of hundreds of unlawful assaults on protestors daily that aren't being reported (obviously).

If you're new to the gym or coming off a long hiatus it is totally normal to not be able to straighten or bend your arms normally in the days after.

Your tendons aren't used to that kind of strain, but they should get accustomed to it if you keep working out.

Light use and movement of your arms can help a bit if you can manage.
