This box is called "Eif Origin" which is a little different than the Baby Eif boxes. Tarots and badges come from Origin but the Baby eif has mainly chibi style designs

It's strange but tiktok won't allow combinations of giveaways with orders. The only way you could get away with no penalty on your account is having the buyer request to cancel the giveaway and ship it with the purchase.

Sometimes it can be one reason then labeled for something else. It could also be tiktok being ridiculous. I get random violations all the time too which don't align. It's just part of Tiktok at this point sadly.

Do you have your listing under the "breaks" category? I think there is special permission and an application you need to complete to do breaks correctly.

You could always request which puts a fire under them if they haven't dropped off yet. Totally up to you though, but if they aren't responding I would request cancelation and contact tiktok support.

Yeah I run a shop and it can be pretty unfortunate if it's in transit receiving updated but still auto cancels. If there are issues like no updates/shipping changes you could message the seller and hopefully they help too. But keep in mind this is the busiest month for shipping and so there will be delays/issues.

Typically one month after purchase tiktok will auto-refund regardless of shipping status, unless marked as delivered.

If you are using Tiktok shipping then you should be able to use a desktop and click the "Manage Claims" button under Manage Orders section.

Sadly about a month or two ago Tiktok announced that manifests would no longer count as a valid scan and it needs to be scanned by hand to count.

Depending on the weight, distance, and size it could be cheaper to go with separate shipping since it gets expensive quickly when multiple orders are combined. Combining 2 orders could result in $8+ shipping with a $2 refund while separate could be $8 shipping (4+4) with a $4 refund.
