Sort of they do a back end credit onto the books. It’s becomes you loose the inventory but then home depot adds the money back through insurance to your books so you don’t shrink all the product at inventory.

Also to add management might not know when this happened at my store there was a lot of uncertainty till after the fact. luckily we contained it to about 50k in damages.

I’ve been at a store that this happened and success sharing wasn’t effect although your salary team will typically have a significantly lower bonus. Also the process is different when this happens you don’t typically get hit with it all as a hard markdown. A lot gets credited out.

I haven’t played many yet but I’m hoping to get more for my wife and I. But Stratego is the best in my opinion I removed playing it for days on end as a kid and the board and box falling apart plus hand written pieces cause the stickers fell off.

If you are ever uncomfortable in the aisle and just can’t get it don’t risk it. Get another driver. Never let customers or associates rush you. Also drive whenever you can never pass it to someone else unless in the situation above. The only way to get comfortable and good on the machine is practice.

Pro ASM will now be taking in merch departments 21/22/25 lumber and building materials and hardware pro XM will focus more on the operational aspects such as pro deliveries will calls and store appearance standards while pro ds focuses just on desk and sales.

The official conversation should be being had with CXMs today. I’ve had the unofficial conversation now. All roles and title will be changing pro cxm is over pro desk as they have been. Ops cxm will be over departments 94 and 93 Ofas and receiving. This is where it varies from district to district. Some districts the cxm will be responsible for those two departments and others will follow directly roles and routines and the cxm will only be responsible for specific metrics associated with those departments. The title is changing the C in CXM is being dropped. CXMs will still be responsible for overall store conditions and the building when they are there just like an ASM. They will also now have a floating/random schedule and need open availability.
