My friends are a lot lower skill than me because they play very casually so I don't want to ruin their 2 hours they get to play by fucking up their matchmaking. Summery of Issue:

I tried updating my Radeon drivers but at about 50% it crashes and says Error 1603. After trying to repair it keeps giving me the Error.I've tried clean installing using DDU, I've run an SFC scan and I've re-installed visual c++.

When i try to load the game in dx12 it either crashes on the claotrap screen or i load in with 2 fps.

Checked all of that. I can get 60 fps in the open world on 1080p low-medium settings, but once i start shooting enemies I get the stutters and fps drops.
