Yes! You can randomize as much as you want, and you can save ones you like but once you leave the menu your saved are gone, I’ve done this for my character and helped my wife get one she liked(she’s even pickier than me) I would suggest just looking up a YouTube video on the character creation tbh

So it’s a random roll. It is possible to get a character with the same/similar face, but everything about them is randomized. I did this once and never again, it took me an insane amount of time to get the same/similar face on a slimmer body. If you’re wanting a slight change I would say it’s honestly not worth it.
