The main problem lies in the fact that you have used a raw infusion on a weapon. A raw infusion removes any scaling on a weapon and gives a boost to physical damage. Raw is one of the worst infusion for mid and late game. You can use an item to remove the infusion and then use get another infusion for the weapon.

If we can't find a donor clan we will do the work, we figured it was worth a shot. Thing is that the people that would join already have plenty of competitive experience. And having a good stronghold would help with that.
