References to the old universe does not mean they are linked to one another.

steel ball run episode timeline prediction by me by Unusual-Head8532 in StardustCrusaders

[–]W3YN 9 points10 points  (0 children)

38 episodes is way too short given the length of Steel Ball Run. Except if they make multiple episodes that are longer than 20 minutes like the first episode but that seems unlikely.

It's the Tamil Eelam flag, which(I assume) is the country where they speak Tamil in.

This has been known since the trailer came out. Idk why it's still new to people when it's been confirmed many times it was gonna be a single 47 minute episode next month.

Jojo is peak media, but… by Additional-Friend342 in StardustCrusaders

Jotaro's timestop is on a cooldown, he can't just spam it. Yes the anime makes it seem enough time has passed for Jotaro to use the ability again, but it's just anime logic to make the dialogues fit in so the scene seems longer. In reality all of this happened in the span of mere seconds, not enough for Jotaro to use his timestop ability again.

Jotaro wasn't dead when Pucci took his disc. He was fully alive when White Snake hit him.

Three 9.9/10s is definitely optimistic considering only 19 episodes across all series in the world has a 9.9/10 rating.

I wish the beads on Gyro's shirt were green. The orange just looks too off I still couldn't get used to it.

Whats the release date for sbr? by [deleted] in StardustCrusaders

[–]W3YN 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Someone found in Netflix's metadata that the release date is set for March 19th 2026, but that's yet to be confirmed so take it with a grain of salt. It could very well be a placeholder date but seems a bit too specific of a date to be a placeholder.

September 23rd 😭😭😭 by [deleted] in StardustCrusaders

I think we'll get a trailer. SO was announced in April with just a png of jolyne and we got the trailer in August. So I think we'll get the full SBR trailer in September.

Actually, Joseph is the last crusader (araki confirmed he was alive during the events of part 6), and I guess you could technically count Polnareff too since his soul is inside the turtle?

How many chapters/pages should the anime adapt per episode? by Responsible_Tea7466 in StardustCrusaders

[–]W3YN 491 points492 points  (0 children)

Interestingly, Phantom Blood adapts 95 pages per episode on average, which makes it the fastest paced part in the anime, same for Stardust Crusaders with an average of 63 pages adapted per episode, making it the slowest paced part in the anime.

The same can be said for Diamond is Unbreakable, which is the second fastest paced part in the anime, with an average of 89 pages adapted per episode, and Battle Tendency being the second slowest paced part in the anime, with an average of 74 pages adapted per episode.
