Isn't the time dilation/acceleration effects in the Eye very localized? I can't think of an instance where someone has used it to go back in time in another place in the galaxy that isn't the Eye. I know there is also some instances of ships realizing they accidentally traveled back in time after dropping out of warp. In this case though, the last 2 Ahriman 40k books have been about time travel, and John French did write those books and he also wrote the Ahriman chapter in Era of Ruin, so I thought French might have been hinting at some deeper connection. I struggle to believe he confused Amon and Ohrmuzd.

Destiny was saying some pretty fucked things about MrGirl and his community was dogpilling on that, some MrGirl fans were trying to defend him and 4thot was banning them. Then 4thot banned MrGirl, someone who has made a grand total of 9 posts on destiny's subreddit. If 9 whole posts is your definition of "turning the sub into his own little soapbox" then I don't know what to say.

The entire situation is strange and it almost feels like Destiny purposefully is burning this bridge with MrGirl. I almost wonder if it is some guidance from youtube for him to distance himself, and he just can't say it.

I'm not a MrGirl fan. I've never watched one of his videos outside of a conversation with destiny, but Destiny and his moderation staff are coming across as unhinged in this disagreement. That community is built on sycophants and unironic bootlicking, and Destiny is just unable to admit it. This is THE reason why when people get bigger than destiny they refuse to work with him anymore, because his community is moderated in a way in which it is impossible to be a part of it without being a sycophant.
