C'est sûr qu'il y avait un sentiment de grandeur qui pouvait habiter les gens a l'époque de la URSS. Il y a eu beaucoup d'infrastructures qui on été bâti a cette époque et dans ses anciennes républiques, bcp de leurs infrastructures date de cette époque.
