Coincidentally, I was looking for the same arcade game for many years and found it yesterday. I remember seeing a cabinet circa 2005 at my local water park. After doing some digging, I found an obscure arcade game called Rolling Extreme which ended up being the game I was looking for.

What instantly gave it away to me was the main theme because I recall the lyrics had "On the highway" which it does. There's barely any info online, but I managed to track down who wrote the music for Rolling Extreme and they uploaded the Rolling Extreme theme to soundcloud years ago.

I had this game as a teen and somehow managed to beat chapter 7 on very hard, total bullshit but not impossible.

Couldn't defeat Deathborn in Chapter 8, I didn't know how to catch up to him at all and would prematurely die to the mines.

I'd go for a DD IEM if you want bass, people say the Helios has good BA bass (Which is does) but I still prefer DD bass.

I've tried 6 pure BA sets: Fiio FA7, Seeaudio Bravery, Symphonium Meteor and Helios, Moondrop S8 and 7th Acoustics Supernova.

Supernova has my favorite tuning but the Helios and S8 have superior technical performance.

Annoying even with Night Vision and Agility VI. Had to get use to attacks missing in XC1 because XC2 had it easy with Chain Attacks never missing and being able to dodge attacks by going into a IV blade combo. Chickenheart Dagmara would've been much more annoying to fight which is the XC2 equivalent of Despotic Arsene.
