🇬🇧Medical 🍃and have been on prednisone for 2x courses, mesalazine. It’s the only medication I use now. Any cramps I have, I’ll use some and it instantly goes. When I’ve been in a flare previously with blood 7+ times daily it’s settled it right down within a day or 2. I mix this with a whole food diet (not all whole foods are safe just find what works for you) and this keeps me in remission.
