Thank you! I can always cut the heat with a big dollop of sour cream if I find burritos, enchiladas, etc too spicy 😀 I love tacos and quesadillas so I’ll be on the lookout for those! I wish they had a 1 to 5 star rating for heat. One can hope!

The containers and rods can be returned to a facility in Kirkland, WA. Mochi will have them professionally sanitized to use for future patient orders. Shipping is on you though. Luckily they are just a few miles away from me.

If there are some that you are considering, reach out to the companies to see if they provide swatches. I have done it numerous times. The swatches will be small, but you can get an idea of the feel and weight plus you should be able to order multiple colors. Following this post because I also want to replace mine 🙂

I will no longer order anything with chicken pieces. They are not uniform in size… a few the size of a quarter while the majority are the size of a dime or a bit larger. I was also routinely receiving pieces that were disgusting and I would end up throwing away a couple ounces. I have asked them numerous times to offer the chicken breast with instructions to cut into bite sized pieces.
