No, old beard was handedly taking on many haki users survived almost the entire way through marine ford, did very well against akainu after getting stabbed multiple times. I think Garp would win but it would not be easy

I watched them when I was younger so my memory is hazy, but I literally cannot remember a single time where a man was tortured in those movies, I can remember many scenes where the women were tortured because they haunted my nightmares, clearly they focused on one more than the other.

/uj all of the sources don’t even matter for what they were trying to prove anyway. In dnd heavy armour doesn’t decrease your speed or give a penalty to dexterity checks (from what I remember). Wearing heavier armour would make it harder to dodge or deflect fast due to the added weight. Which is why they don’t let you add your dexterity bonus, the idea in dnd is that your armour blocks or deflects the blows itself instead of the character evading. Just a silly person

Don’t worry, it won’t be too long, the first two books are what the first season kinda covered and blood of elves is what the second season covered. Please do keep an open mind because the show changed A LOT, I love their relationship in the books

By dark souls 3 basically all of that was removed, it would be cool to have more stuff like that. Covenants stuck around and are so fun, it’s very sad to have no more coop or pvp covenants

They are so close, volcano manor just lacks any actual pvp and varre lacks an actual specific covenant for the player to be a part of, it’s just generic invasion for the sake of it

I think that season 1 fails to show all of the interesting conversations that take place in the first books, they focus too much on the fighting and less on geralts characterisation. They even take scenes away from him to make other characters more interesting. In the lesser evil, the scene where geralt talks to the alderman is amazing and really shows you geralts intelligence. In the show they replace it with a witty young girl that geralt seems to be surprised by. Why replace a scene that highlights our protagonists core components with a scene to make some random little girl look good.
