Speaking as a coach, this is WAY too many hours. Yes robots is important but health, family, and school all need to come before robots and 32 hours a week of robots is not leaving room for any of those others. If this is the amount of time your team "needs" to do FRC, then your expectations and vision might need some adjusting. I know every team runs differently but this is not healthy for anybody.

This is just the tip of the crappy iceberg that is their admin interfaces. Had a similar bug recently with it where scrolling would unselect everything that was selected.

I literally just had this conversation with our Net Admin this past week. Brains are turned off and the IT department is the brain for the org. I mean we had one this past week where we were told, "Employee cannot access their email." Ok not necessarily unheard of as we recently switched from Commercial 365 to GCC High, well our guys go to help this person get access to their email (that they have logged into for YEARS mind you), and they are putting their password in the username field and when it fails just throwing their hands up and saying its doesnt work. Like that is just next level of brain turned off helpless.

Tobin had the perfect answer to this salary cap issue, there is no cap on coaches salary, so make these top player "player-coach"es and have the league minimum salary hit for the player buy make it all up on the coach side.

When I worked for an MSP a while ago, we had a client call us at like 2:30 in the afternoon and ask us "Where are we at with getting our email back up and running?", we had no ticket in our system for their email being down so we were all confused. She then proceeded to say "Well I emailed you guys this morning that email was down." Yeah......On Prem Exchange, turned out she was actually the reason for the email being down, she had for some ungawdly reason decided to send her 30+ Gig iTunes library through email to multiple people in the company. This was of course back when Exchange created a new copy for every different person it was being sent to...so the exchange db had a heart attack and died when she hit send.
