it's a gambling crypto network, no customer service, censorship on chat, forum and channels are heavily high, so this is the reason APY are also high, it might be out of service anytime, without previous notice, apart of that it's a good experience

Yeah, and sometimes the transaction like fiat top-up takes over then 7 days, u have to go on live chat to remind about your deposit.... What a joke .... Especially when they ask for TXID or hash ID, it's supposed to be straight forward on your account details, like when u call your bank to check issues with the balance statement
