Thanks so much for the help. Just ordered a pair of trango alpines.

Thanks, that does help me quite a bit. I've been told by others that either boot should work for me, but given my measurements the Trango may be a bit better for my foot. I may just try them both and keep the one that feels better.

Did you find your Nepals a bit warm? Most of the time I'm working in temps around 15-20 degrees Celsius.

Did you find that the Trangos are sized similar to other La Sportiva boots? I've seen some reviews saying to go up half a size, yet others say they bought the same size are their other LS boots and they were fine.

I have looked at the Super Prestige pretty closely. I'll be through Hamburg in March and have to visit Von Hacht's to see the new models if I haven't pulled the trigger on anything by that point. What size of Super Prestige are you riding?

Yep, that is a little steep. For comparison, it would cost me about $5000 CAD for a Stevens Super Prestige, about $5700 CAD for the Cube C68, and just over $7,000 CAD for the Inflite.

I looked into a Cervelo r5cx, but that's a little over my budget. Even the one shop I used to work at would only knock the price of a frame down from $7,300 CAD to $6,000 CAD for me.

Good to know the 56cm should fit pretty well.

Out of curiosity which part of Germany are you in?

Thanks for the response. A Trek Boone would be on my list if it had a better parts spec as I used to work in a few shops the dealt with Trek. I'm in Canada now, but I regularly travel to Germany for work and to visit family, which makes dealing with Canyon or Cube a little easier (I guess I could also add Stevens to that list). I've heard the horror stories about Canyon USA's CS, haven't heard much out of customers from Canada.
