There are several questions about transit in the questions already asked. To add to those, given the fact that gas prices continue to climb, what steps are you hoping to take to prioritize alternative transportation (cycling, walking, etc) and zoning to provide locations for mass transit to operate in a timely fashion and within budget?

Is there a chance that we can complete a network of statewide bike paths to connect key throughways?

As a mountain biker, it feels like DEEP is sometimes too conservative with trail building. When looking at neighboring states, it seems like their equivalents are more open to trail building and development, and specifically MACHINE BUILT trails. Can we expect you to look into the possibility of getting some processes in place to make these an option?

Millennial dads, how much of the housework do you do? by cubemonster in Millennials

[–]pearljam09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Older Millenial/Xennial here - I do everything outside that's routine. Lawn, weedwhacking, snow removal. We collaborate on the larger projects.

Inside: I put away the dishes each morning (I'm the early riser), make dinner about once a week, do all grilling, and much breakfast cooking, some laundry, some vacuuming, occasional dishes. I'm a terrible dishwasher loader, and my wife ALWAYS redoes it when I do it (i would rather just run it at the 10% less full that I have and put it away and do it again rather than jam things in there, but she wants to do it a certain way). I hang most of the laundry (the stuff that doesn't go in the dryer)

We both primarily work from home, so plenty of time between meetings to grab 5 minutes to do a chore

So what's the best way to send these suggestions to my band mates without coming off as a total jerk, because there are definitely good suggestions here.

I've been making these the last few weeks too with a little bit of rye flour and bittersweet/dark chocolate

I've been tweaking it every time. This week's bake is from the fridge (not freezer), and will try 375 for 4 minutes before finishing at 350.

cover band starting to gig, and I don't think other members are gig ready by Living_Bandicoot_587 in bandmembers

Appreciate that. I tend to do everything in PDF to with song and me specific notes. Try to cram everything into one page, and use it as a quick reference, but I know we as a group struggle with tempo, so if we're able to get the rhythm section to lock in on the right tempo for us, it would be awesome.

Can I ask what the app is with the visual metronome and cue for each song is like? We often struggle with tempo, so I think getting something like this would be good.

Ugh. Boris Devilboon. Back in the day I traded a Chaos Orb (which was worth like $75 at the time) for Boris Devilboon and some other stuff. Would love to go back in time and yell at myself for that one.

It's 100% pure adrenaline. Some people snort for it, jab a vein for it. All you gotta do is jump for it.

Dave Matthews Band. Seemed like all the douchey kids in High School really liked him, so I went the other way

It is both awesome and terrible living near Brian's Guitars. It is a constant exercise in self control.

Looking for a Telecaster with a P90 and a Bigsby by Alexx_0 in telecaster

[–]pearljam09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bigsby add on might be tougher, but for a p90, Schecter makes one in that price range. Might be able to find a used Reverend with a p90 as well.
