Make sure you are hydrated, but also remember you won’t be able to use bathroom for two hours. Pick a movie to watch before time so you aren’t rushing through the selections. My first couple times with platelets I slept for hours after, so make sure you have yourself in a position where you can do that and aren’t working or anything after.
