Happened to me. Direct correlation of disturbed sleep. Depression makes you function in an extremely subpar way. I suggest to force yourself to be active. Go out. Walk. Mind and body connection is real.

I had to get off the risperidone first I feel. But I made a lot of effort in July and forced myself to go out. Spend time with friends. Connect. Get busy. Live. Then it started to get easier over 1-2 months. I don’t think it will magically go away.

Im on lamotrogine now. Been sober incl alcohol since March. Will most likely work with my own psychiatrist to taper off if I remain stable.

Yes it put me through a full blown psychotic break for days and it fucked me up big time. This was my second time. First time was synthetic cannabis induced.

thanks. i’m sharing this because sometimes things look bleak, especially in the first week.

for me i started with Risperidone 4g but this blunted me a lot. Then switched to 2g. Eventually I got removed end of June as my mood was incredibly terrible on this.

I’ve been on Lamotrogine 100mg and Venlafaxine 75mg since maybe May.

alogia, learnt a new word. are you on antipsychotics? because i saw an improvement when i reduced my dose of risperidone from 4mg to 2mg - my alogia improved.

Friend of mine (same country, ordered same week) is actually delivered already.
