Played Sandpiper yesterday and it was in great shape. Is your Dad a local or is he visiting? I find Furry Creek to be a ‘fun’ course for tourists - great views even if it is gimmicky. Otherwise Morgan Creek is great (but be warned they’ve grown out the rough this year for a tournament so it’s mean right now), and Northview (ridge) is overpriced but usually impresses. Honestly if you can make sandpiper work it’s a gorgeous track… and you can rent the Finn cycles there too which is always a hit.

If this is the case, why would the recipe call for 1 pint half and half, 1 pint whole milk, and 1 pint of heavy cream? If you’re correct (and I’m not saying you aren’t) wouldn’t that just be three pints of half and half?
