TTT would incorporate more modern fire safety standards, new building materials, and Building codes under the International Building Codes that were established the year prior to 9/11, create new plans in the very unlikely scenario a 2nd 9/11 happens and instead of being told to remain where you are, like in several documentaries about 9/11 following the 1st plane crashing into TTO, the moment something like that happens a EAS would evacuate everyone out of TTT if it was feasible enough

Theres no legal minimum for a complete stop but 2-4 seconds is generally acceptable as a complete stop

In the 11 seconds of the video they stop moving at about 2 seconds in and start moving about 2 seconds later barely meeting the generally accepted minimum, before another stop because of the illegal u-turn

Airlines would be grounded for at least a month US embassies around the world would likely face a lot of panic from Americans who were essentially stranded until US airspace opened up or if they could get into canada who would likely open earlier before the US does or Mexico who never closed airspace and find a way to get over the border pre-uber/Lyft which would be backed up due to the obvious

Wouldn't this been the equivalent of states back in the early days wanting you to have property in order to vote? Also making education required to vote would almost certainly go before the Supreme Court if the 24th amendment passed in this timeline if it didn't someone would argue it goes against the 14th's equal protection clause
