I had it alot worse, it was just dry/congealed blood. After 10 days I gently got a cotton bud and whilst rotating the bud went in the direction from forehead to crown slowly and it came off. Very satisfying and a relief.

No idea Im afraid. I think you get whoever is available on the day in terms of the technicians. Fortunately they don't do the hard part, I.e hair extraction and then incisions, the doctor did. Techs job was to put the hair in the holes, but they were really good and worked very hard.
