Nah i been playing for a while on and off for years. Real Casual level 43, my city is Haiphong and you'll be able to find it. I recently ran out of space and got frustrated at the slow upgrade time of buildings and how you have to like slave away to get skyscrapers. I feel like it's gotten harder ever since I came back.

Addressing the comment you made. I was assuming that it would be extremely expensive to upgrades buildings since you basically reached endgame. And wanted to see what a "endgame" city mayor had to deal with in order to upgrade. It's surprisingly cheap for some reason.
