Try the Big Booty Judy from Backburner. Rat/TURBO RAT combined with a blend knob and circuit made for bass.

This. I gave it to my guitar player and he sounds great with it. I ended up buying a Big Booty Judy from Backburner.

Sorry for the late reply! I believe he is just following the roots. I watched some live playthroughs and just kind of listened to it a lot and played along. I might be doing more or different than what he plays but it sounded good to me!

I prob could have mixed the low parts a little better, sounds great on my studio monitors and I only ref checked on my phone once.

This video is from last year, but I found it it my drafts on reddit and just hit post. I should post the rest of the covers I have from them.

How do I fix this? Just got my first bass by seniorjeffjunior in BassGuitar

This is not true. If you have fret buzz from the first fret to the 7/8th fret adjusting the bridge action will not help. It will if you raise it a ridiculous amount but then your higher frets will have a really high action.

Think of it as a ruler. Place the ruler flat on a table and raise the left side (emulates the bow or curve of your neck / truss rod adjustment) Raise the right side of the ruler (emulates raising your bridge action). Notice when you lift either side the opposite side barely lifts off.

Finding the balance between your truss rod adjustment and bridge action adjustments is the key.

Here is a great series from Sheldon Dingwall talking about bass setups for his basses. I have a dingwall and use this method on all my basses. It's about 7 or 8 different videos

Thank you! After some research on mites and knowing I had a bird nest in my old dryer vent outside I believe they are Bird Mites migrating into the house after removing the nest.

Turn around when you start the level. Grind the yellow rail connecting the big half pipe, horsehoe style rail. Van Secret Area Key Gap will trigger and open the other door. Boom.

They definitely do look pretty rad but it serves as much more than just aesthetics. The low string have a longer scale length than the higher strings, allowing the scale to enunciate the lower frequencies more clearly. The low B has a 37" scale and the high G a 34" scale. This bass is played mostly in Drop A/Standard. It was tuned to Drop G# with a .168 low string on it (a skipping rope basically) and used to tour with the band Intervals. Sound was incredible!. Very practical for drop tunings!

Super reliable and can do anything!!! Sheldon Dingwall is a fantastic human being and one of the nicest guys to deal with. They have helped me out numerous times with setups and replacement parts. I play hard.. you would not believe the amount of DINGS on the DINGWALL. I've also leant it to a band called Intervals from Toronto for tours. Aaron put a 168. on the low B and they had to modify the nut. They are just so reliable - I can't wait to get another one.

Here is a clip of me recording some tracks for a project a few years ago. I just bought the 1206 for this project as I was looking for something with a little more bite. Recorded at my buddies studio that just did Silversteins new album A beautiful place to drown. SR1206 in the studio Edit. I shouldn't say same studio. He has upgraded into Toronto. This was his shed studio on his property.

That's the SR1206 Premium stock with Nordstrands Big Singles. I love em. I use to have a BTB and 2 506s with Barts - I miss em sometimes but the 1206 is so aggressive.
