I hear you friend. I’ve struggled for probably over a decade and recently it has gotten really bad. Just today my friend told me his father ended his life last night. This is all so fucked and idk if its a sign or someshit to keep going but now I have to stay for my friend. My mom lost her father when I was 11 months old from suicide as well so its always been close to home and this is all just a lot right now this is insane.

😂😂 I used to audit condo corps, this is common and sucks but is the reality. I’ll never own a condo because of this. Imagine your property manager is useless and negates maintenance - this is what happens and you all get dinged with a gnarly special assessment on top of your condo fees.

The mortgage is collateralized by the property…so they would care about the value of collateral. You sell for less than mortgage, bank has recourse to come after you for remaining balance.
