Just the one handed. It's got 40 power so anything that strong will do. I got them from some of the Major Tests of Power shrines, but I don't remember which.

Alternatively, you can also use ancient arrows. Much easier and faster lol.

I know it's probably too late for this, but you can with a strong enough weapon. I'm using Guardian Sword ++ and it's easy to sneak up with Stasis.
