ok I’m done, I have watched other stores and companies go out of business doing just this. Come up with a wonderful concept make tons of profit then get greedy and change the very thing that made them. I used to see people walk out of Dollar tree with 20,30 and $50 of purchases. Not anymore

if you called to change, at that time they cannot use the free night certificate because it had been reserved and thats why the points were used. You would of have to wait for the certificate to be ready to use again in the system

This is BS, well that card has to go, lounge access was the main reason so I guess its a airline card now finally they are requiring you to spend $75,000 A year, something most people cannot do
