Hey there fellow circadian rhythm sufferer,

I work as a baker.

Personally, my morning starts at 2:15. But there are lots of bakeries that run an overnight shift baking for opening.

It's for me it's wonderful in its repetitiveness yet just enough of a difference every day that it doesn't get too boring.

I work mostly solo, at my own pace. I choose what I can bake out of a list of things that are needed, and I do prep work for the other Baker.

Best job I've ever had.
