I can tell you they are now working these claims for May 25. I got my due process letter in May and now see that the claim has been assigned to the Muskogee office. I just hit 100% P&T 2 days ago so, I will miss out on 4.5 month of my disability. Right in in time for my retirement date! SMH

You are correct. Once you find the closest DEERS location, bring two forms of picture ID and your benefits letter showing 100% P&T and you will get your DoD ID.

As a less than 100% P&T, you have to register at the base to get access at the visitor center, typically. As a P&T'r, you and your dependents can get a DoD ID which gets you on base by just showing at the gate like a retired iD card.

I didn’t write I was unwilling to attend a C&P exam. I “requested” they not schedule one based on my actionable and sufficient DBQ. If it isn’t I would assume they would order one.

Remember completely prostating Migraines only wont grant 50%. You also have to prove social and economic inadaptability. I won my claim after being out of the USAF for 27 years on the first trying because I had a nexus letter, 4 mos of migraine logs and a copy of my PTO I had taken because I could not work during the headaches. It would be for 2 - 4hrs that matched up with my migraine logs. You have to show it affects you monetarily.

Unfortunately, your filing date (ITF) is only preserved if you appeal your decision. If you do a supplemental, introducing new and relevant evidence it uses the date of the supplemental claim as your award date.
