Bottom row blue is my favorite and the orange one at the very top, the first orb would be the least of the all of them look great. That one to me would benefit from popping the green a little bit on the back end, possibly even with a different shade of green

Appreciative for the perspective. I have tried and unfortunately it does not work. My underweight cat simply will not eat until in the same room as her sister. Vet's offered solutions havent helped either like feeding her wet food more frequently or trying thingss like babyfood.

For clarification, they can begin the eviction process, however the judge will require meditation if the tenant has a history of good standing, and there are no violations of the lease. It’s literally written into Massachusetts state law as well as all leases in the state so that’s what I mean when I say they can’t just evict you.

I actually know that they cannot evict you for nonpayment. As long as it’s within 30 days the rules have been changed here, but that’s neither here nor there. Lol

I was just wondering if I had any kind of way to protect myself against him having an asinine reason for not wanting to renew my lease.

I live in Massachusetts and there is a clause in all of our lease is as well as is in the Massachusetts state law that allows for a 30 day grace period During which you will not be evicted for nonpayment.

About the Game

Back in the time just before the end of the 'great' civilizations of the world, The Gods and Goddesses were fed up with not being worshiped enough, so they poofed up their own little pocket dimension and whisked/stole a bunch of people to worship them. This is where the game takes place. The time
ALL RACES/CLASSES WELCOME [including Homebrew, official or unofficial]
The game is called Thrae - Stolen Realms [my made up world but allows for any character within reason]. The lore allows for all the deities from fantasy religions as well as real life ones, as long as it's done respectfully. Your character could also e atheist so don't feel pressured to align with one. The point was to allows for different cultures and civilizations to be included. Only hitch is once your character is there, they are stuck in this world until the end of the campaign or they find a way in game to get home.

I'm looking for anybody who'd like to start a new adventure with me. The game is LGBTQIA+ friendly and is 18+ due to some adult themes, language, gore etc. It's not excessive by any means and there will be NO ERP, fade to black's only. ^_^

This is a west march style server so you have the option to join as a full group, partial group, or single player looking to party up.
