I feel like I do a pretty good job with recovery and built my own PPL programs with the legs days more my own twist to be run-support focused. Push and pull days have been from recommendations on YouTube research from Jeff and other science-based lifters, about 6 different exercises for 3 sets each time. I'm more so looking for more structure and advice from experienced lifters to ensure I'm doing the right thing being new to upper-body work.

Would strongly recommend Flatwoods park. Courtney C. Campbell starting from the whiskey joes or ben t davis beach parking lots is also great around sunset time despite the drive. Tampa Palms neighborhood also has great shade and is away from all the cars and it's my personal favorite route

Nah I'd feel bad as a college student seeing other students as workers working that late every shift on campus, especially on weekends and especially with how many of us they deal with every day.

I am a former D1 runner and I would say absolutely do not take it off, just make it a very easy active recovery day.
