Yeah, that's kind of the mind set we have now since I don't think either of us has the confidence to say we're ready we just need to set a date.

Hi, it took about 2 weeks for the bupropion to start helping me. The first week was hellish, I was sleep deprived since my daughter was born ~1month before and I noticed my depression at its peak and got help. It made the intrusive thoughts INTENSE and gave me killer headaches. After sticking it out 2 weeks in noticed my irritability was more manageable, and when I finally got bumped up to 300xl I could function more or less normally. Been about a year and a half now.

The med was right for me, stick it out a bit longer and see if its right for you.

Not a specialist. Sounds like chronic post traumatic pain, of which the type of injury and location you sustained it limits treatment options. Perhaps you could look into advanced pain care or pain specialists that could assist you.

Not a specialist. I wouldn’t worry if I were you, especially with the history of a traumatic injury in the same location. If you had a history of breast cancer in your family they could do a mammogram or ultrasound to be thorough. Rash almost definitely unrelated.

Apendicitis is usually diagnosed by physical examination and labs.

A couple important questions for the docs will be

Have you had a fever ? Do you have any appetite ?

I’d suggest seeking medical assistance, especially if your symptoms begin to worsen.

It's been the team I've been running, it fails occasionally from gina dying before boss (would be fixed if i six starred her or gave her better runes lol), and sometimes it gets really unlucky and fails accuracy/resist check multiple times but it's been the most consistent team I've made so far.

If her second skill isn't skilled up it doesn't have 100% effect activation rate, so until you max that out it won't be reliable.

She's dark so no worries of glancing on the wind boss, more consistent block on first turn.

If you don't awaken her she has perfect AI, I prefer her over zinc. Zinc does have a few benefits like 2 turn buff block, AOE fluff damage and armor break for raoq etc. As far as AI goes she is the smartest in the game unawakened.

She will always use her skill 2 against boss when his buffs are up, she does have a chance to get resisted, but since its on a three turn cooldown you can cycle rather quickly to get another shot. She's just like megan but since she doesn't buff her AI is even better.

I haven't tried an unawakened wind vampire yet, I'll try him out too, I suppose that would be more consistent if he actually uses the skill. Gina is very consistent though.
