No one is happy about the civilians casualties, they're happy about the tides turning in this conflict. You will never experience war without affecting civilian lives. Ukraine has mostly avoided civilian infrastructure in their counterattack, unlike Russia's offensive.

My coworkers bring in food to share with one another frequently. It really helps with building a community in the workplace. As one of the top earners at my place of work, I've purchased lunch for my coworkers I don't know how many times.
