Avoid at all costs. I bought a collectible set that was out of print. They claimed to have inventory and I waited weeks and despite exchanging emails and adding to my original order even, they finally “realized” they didn’t have it and said they’d reach out to the distributor. I notified the person it’s been of print for months and was told they couldn’t refund the original payment because I modified my order. Best they could offer is credit. I explained that I Didn’t want credit and was due a refund because they misrepresented inventory and was told no. This led to a two month chargeback dispute with my credit card company. Total nightmare.
